Captain America and The Hulk have appeared in virtual reality for the first time in the Middle East
In 2019, Jeddah hosted the first edition of “Marvel Experience”, where Brian Crosby, Creative Director of Marvel, was excited to share the Marvel world with Saudi people. The General Entertainment Authority announced the "Marvel Experience", which will be held in Riyadh and Jeddah, in a first step of its kind in the Kingdom.

Jeddah hosted the first edition of this unique event, which overlooked the coastal side of the city, in a complex that had been temporarily set up to host 3D animation shows and virtual reality games.
Marvel experience was a part of the Saudi Vision 2030 initiative, and a press release issued by the Kingdom’s embassy said that Marvel Experience signed with the Kingdom, as part of the Kingdom’s “Vision 2030” project, an initiative that aims to create a “more vibrant society” to the Kingdom.
Marvel Experience is a 3D event, as guests of adapted to Spider-Man, ran the Hulk, fly away with Iron Man and more!
The Marvel Technology Experience included the next generation of interactive technology including augmented reality and multi-person gaming, everything happens with advanced computer motion technology.

The Marvel Experience is the world's first Hyper-Reality Tour, a mobile interactive attraction featuring Marvel characters powered by Hero Ventures. As early as 2011, Hero Ventures had offered the Marvel project to Marvel Entertainment, and a licensing fee was agreed with a 15% average franchise fee (ranging from 10% to 20%), then Hero Venture sought additional funding for the project. On August 22, 2013, Marvel Entertainment announced that it was working with Hero Ventures on Marvel Experience, a tourist attraction product, touring the world.
